It was not what I expected at all and very disappointing. When you pull it back, the cord gets stuck. It might work better on a different cord, but on phone chargers. I purchased 5 of them and I am glad I didn't get anymore.

The worse product ever. I just can’t get them to work. The mechanism seems faulty- the roller doesn’t roll up. It’s like an old blind that doesn’t roll up know matter how much you try.
So disappointed spent $177 NZ on these. Meant to be for the kids Christmas stockings :-(

Waste of time.after the first roll the snap back mechanism stopped working - When it DID work the first time, the tension placed on delicate wires inside the ear phone cable was incredibly tight and cannot be good for the cord.
What seemed like an inexpensive good idea- risks costing a lot of $ in replacement earphones. I think the solution is to go to wireless earbuds !

I got these for my grandkids who have lots and lots of earbuds; I only seem to have the one pair - but I kept one of these for myself. I wasn't sure what to expect, but these are very well designed, and all four of them seemed to work very well - i.e., no snags for any of them. They do what they say they will do - wind up the entire cord, even if there are some wider parts to the cord.

These work great once you figure out how to use them. If you take your headset and use the middle of the wire to hook on the notch on the product, then it will work the best and you wont get the headset wires tangled in the product.

I love how easy it is to put away and retrieve ear buds now. These seem to work better the thinner the wire. Easy to find in my purse, around the house. Sometimes I have to jiggle with the spring to make it roll up but overall I’m very happy not have to wrap earbuds anymore.

Good quality product and works to an extent exactly as it says. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because sometimes it takes a second or two of struggling to have my cord pull on the little hook before it actually winds the cord up. Other than that, its worth it. No more messy cords or frustrations of having to unknot the cord before using it. For that reason, I love the product. Would recommend.

OMG! I ordered this after buying another brand’s pack of 3. This is like heaven vs hell! The winding mechanism easily rolls and quickly organized my 10ft lightning cord. I had to manually wind the other brand until it coiled my cord. Would definitely purchase if I need more as gifts to family and friends.

I like this product as I was keeping my earbud cords and power cords in a little bag. Now they don’t get tangled. The only suggestion I can make is to include instructions. You fold the cords in half and loop on the little hook. There is a green trigger inside the hook so when you pull gently on your looped cord it releases the wheel to retract the cord.
