Important Updates Related To COVID-19


Dear customers,

We understand that some of our customers may have concerns about shipping parcels due to challenges from Coronavirus. We want to reassure everyone that we are still operating a full service.

The safety of our staff and customers are our top priority. We are taking all recommended precautions to ensure everyone remains healthy. We have robust contingency plans in place in the event we see cases within the company – thankfully that is not the case so far.

Couriers have introduced special measures to help combat the spread of the virus and are continuing to keep freight moving around the world. Further, Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus.

We understand this is because the virus can not live long on these surfaces.

We may however encounter some changes in delivery procedures where the drivers may not ask for a signature on arrival of your goods to prevent contact. Additionally, border controls may take a little longer to reach you than they normally would. We appreciate your patience.

Our customer service and warehouse teams will continue to support you throughout this period, forwarding your online purchases as normal, unless something changes that is out of our control.
